  • Anna Trylińska Immigration Lawyer

    Anna is the owner of Anna Trylińska Immigration Lawyer Poland and the research assistant in the Center Of Migration Research at the University of Warsaw.

    She graduated from full-time law studies at the University of Wrocław in 2012.

    She is also a graduate of MA studies in Human Rights (specialization: immigration and asylum law) at the Louvain Academy in Brussels, which she completed in 2013, and postgraduate studies in International Humanitarian Law at the Sophia Antipolis University in Nice in 2015.

    She is also a scholarship holder of the US State Department in 2016, as part of which she went on a several-week study visit to the USA (""Refugee, migration, integration"). In 2020, she completed her doctoral studies and is currently finishing her doctoral dissertation on sharing responsibility for refugees.

    She gained her professional experience in many well-known and respected non-governmental organizations and law firms. She has held numerous internships, e.g. in the European Parliament and the Ministry of Justice. In the years 2013-2016 she worked at the Association of Legal Intervention where she provided free legal advice to foreigners and represented them as a proxy before administrative authorities. In 2016-2020, she worked, among others, in law firms (Global Mobility department) and cooperated with non-governmental organizations such as the Institute of Migrants' Rights (Ukraine Foundation) and the Nomada Association.

    Anna is the author of numerous scientific publications (e.g. Unaccompanied minors applying for international protection, The concept of non-refoulement in refugee law), articles (Legalization of stay and work during the COVID-19 pandemic) and co-author of reports (Still behind bars ). She also participated in many scientific conferences - in particular on immigration and humanitarian law as a speaker.

    She willingly shares her professional experience and supports foreigners in their integration in Poland. She conducts numerous trainings in the field of legalization of stay and work for foreigners, employers, police officers and university employees. She also organizes free workshops on legalization of stay as part of her private activity.

    Privately, she spends her free time with her daughter. She likes traveling, reading reports from Wydawnictwo Czarne and collecting maps. Anna is a member of the Association for Legal Intervention Stowarzyszenie Interwencji Prawnej) and Alumni Association.

    She is fluent in Polish, English and French.

  • Joanna Trylińska Attorney at law

    Joanna has over 30 years of experience. She’s registered in the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (registry nr: WA-16309). Joanna also has the power of administrative receiver and trustee. She gained her experience in the private and public sectors. She has worked for many years and expanded her professional experience by working, among others, in banks, international companies or the National Health Fund (NFZ).

    Joanna specializes in broadly understood civil law, medical law and banking law. Joanna took part in numerous courses on data privacy and administration management.

    Joanna represents clients in proceedings for granting residence permits and citizenship as part of the legalization of stay before offices and in court proceedings before administrative courts and before the Supreme Administrative Court.

    Privately, Joanna is Anna's mother. She likes to swim, cook delicious Polish cuisine and read books. Joanna is also a member of the Labor Union Political Party.

    The assistants are fluent in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
